We trade from 4, Petre Road, Clayton Business Park, Clayton Le Moors, Accrington, Lancashire BB5 5JB and these premises are registered with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain – registration number 1106104. We are not obliged to accept any request from you to provide our services to you.

We only operate in the United Kingdom and are, therefore, only able to provide services to people in the UK. To use our services you must and you agree to:

  • register with us and you must ensure that these details are correct.
  • update your registration as soon as any of the details you provide to us change.
  • be at least 16 years old.
  • keep your chosen user name and password secret.
  • pay any applicable charges in advance or tell us, in respect of each prescription, that you are exempt from the relevant NHS prescription charge.
  • be resident in the geographic area in which we operate, UK only.
  • ensure that all medicines meet your individual requirements.
  • sign for all items received by you from us, acknowledging receipt of the delivery.
  • tell us as soon as possible if there is a problem with any item delivered, and in any event within 3 days of the delivery.
  • If you wish to use our services on behalf of someone else you must have that person’s permission to do so. Each time you place an order for someone else you are confirming to us that you have that permission.

We will:

Keep your personal information safe in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see below)
Provide our services as described in this website in a professional manner
Try to provide our services at the times specified, although times given are estimates only and do not accept liability for any delays which are outside our control (and traffic problems and lack of credit card authorisation are definitely outside our control!).
