Step-by-step Guide to the Home Delivery Service
Step 1 – Registration for the Home Delivery Service
Please ask your Dietitian or Healthcare Professional to register you for the Dialachemist Home Delivery Service.
Step 2 – Prescription Orders
Once registration has been set up, and you need to order products please go to the Choice Forms Section and download the latest form. Complete the Choice Form or select what you require. Email your choice to info@dialachemist.com and leave the rest to us. We will contact your GP to order your prescription. We will then dispatch your order when we receive your prescription back.
Please allow 10 days to 2 weeks from contacting us to delivery of your order
Step 3 – Delivery of Products
We would normally set up a delivery to you every 4 weeks. The courier we partner with is DPD. If you have provided us with an up-to-date email or mobile number, DPD can notify you when and what time your delivery will be. There is also a DPD app you can download to your phone which puts you in control of your delivery.
Please contact Dialachemist if you will be away on holiday to arrange an alternative delivery date.
We require a minimum order of 5 items per prescription. This restriction does not apply to orders containing protein substitute.
Step 4 – Receipt of products
If you have fresh bread in your delivery, please put in the freezer straight away so that the bread will last as long as possible.
